Our Story
Our story started in 2018 as a young recent graduate student who decided to ditch societal norms of working the 9-5 job and instead chose to travel the world starting with a life-changing trip to sunny Australia. After the experiences of working in the travel industry abroad and many other inspirational influences we decided to set out to launch a project based on specialising affordable trips and activities to young backpackers looking to explore the wonders of Australasia.
The result - My Adventure Project (MAP).
Our Mission
Our sole purpose is to offer discounted and high-quality tours and activities to young adults looking to travel to Australasia while maintaining excellent customer service and engagement as the core of our business model. Our services are completely free, and we guarantee any price beat. Everyone is different, and we work together to help provide a tailor-made custom package for each individual. We are more than just a service.

Did you know that a large percentage of people who book tours abroad do not actually know what exactly they’re booking? Normally when an individual books tours or activities there are two different types of services they can use:

A travel agent which provides great customer service with the cost of charging extortionately high prices.

A third online party which sells reasonably cheap tours online yet provides zero customer service often leading to poor quality trips.
That’s where we come in. We differentiate ourselves from our competitors by having combined the benefits from the two types of services above while leaving out the negatives.
In other words, we provide a unique customer service experience where we work together with our customers in order to provide the best possible tailor-made package for each individual at fantastic discounted rates.
Not only that but we have also all experienced the tours and activities we offer. Most travel agents have had limited travel experience whereas we talk about our experiences with passion and honesty. That is to say we would NEVER offer a tour that we do not think meets our high standards.
